Potatoes Romanoff
Potatoes Romanoff is an easy baked mashed potatoes recipe to bring along to a potluck of any sort. Paprika adds color and flavor to the potatoes. Sour cream and cheese helps make the potatoes creamy and absolutely delicious. If you have a lot going on before the potluck, you can prepare the potatoes the night before. If you have time in the morning, simply make them the morning of. Whenever you make them, they will be a hit. This creamy potato casserole would make the perfect accompaniment to practically any meal.

I love mashed potato dishes, and this one is so good it is near the top of the list. I don't always have green onions available, but I do always have plenty of fresh chives. I used about 1-1/2 cups of chopped chives and it was about right. I used shredded white cheddar, extra sharp, and my husband loved it. The paprika added a lovely visual touch, and I used smoked paprika so it added some flavor as well. YUM!

This looks like a tasty and interesting twist on what I usually make for mashed potatoes. Plus, the paprika color is nice.

The name of this potato casserole caught my eye because I'm a big Black Widow fan (not that the two are related). So, I tried it and I really enjoyed it! I might have to use paprika with my potatoes more often.
