Try a classic Italian dish in a new form. Crustless Spaghetti Pie is a baked spaghetti casserole. Spaghetti noodles serve as the "crust" and they surround rich ricotta cheese and smoky meat sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese for extra flavor.

I made this recipe tonight for supper and my husband said I can make this anytime, and he would rather have this over spaghetti and meat sauce. It is delicious. We are not crazy about alot of tomato sauce, so this is good for people who like little sauce. Lots of flavor in cheese. Added a little oregano and gave it a little more flavor. Wonderful!

I have been clicking "save this recipe "for months now but just tried to look at my file and it was empty. I am so frustrated! Can anyone help?
