Not only is the frozen prepared puff pastry a huge time saver in the kitchen, but I think I really like the crispy, flaky, layered texture and delicate buttery flavor much better than a heavy dense pie or biscuit dough topping. It is so meaty and rich in savory flavors, that this dish is sure to be a big man - pleaser!
