Do you think it would be ok to cook the peaches a little longer and see if they carmelize more? I love that texture and flavor that it gives the fruit when you burn it just a little. I think this dessert sounds absolutely amazing. I can see serving this to friends and family for a dinner party or a special night. I would love to be served a dessert like this if I was at a family party.
