Lasagna is one of those dishes I like to prepare in double batches and put half in the freezer for the next time. With the recipe, I could easily prepare the meat filling and freeze it and when ready prepare the noodles for a fresh batch of lasagna.

If it were available, I could eat lasagna every day. I love it. It could be meat, veggie or any variation of the two. I have a large collection of lasagna recipe and I have not found one I do not like. This is being saved and shopped to prepare this week.
