Do you spread out the top layer of cake mix or do you leave it in the dollops you put on top of the Rolo's? This sounds like a treat for a Friday night when you plan to have pizza or burgers. You can make this ahead. You could make it on Thursday if you had time so dinner was a snap on Friday.
