Spinach, Mushroom, and Pepper Breakfast Casserole is perfect for breakfast as well as brinner (breakfast for dinner). This slow cooker breakfast casserole has so many layers of flavor that each bite will be just as delicious as the last. Just combine all of the solid ingredients in the crock pot and cover them with the egg mixture. Cook on HIGH for about 2 hours and serve.
