This recipe really sounds delicious! And the idea of using a crock pot to make a yummy dinner is a great bonus for the busy cook! I would probably leave out the mushrooms since my husband refers to them as "fungus". I love them, but maybe I could just cook some in butter and add the fungi to my plate. This one is for sure on my list for dinner next week!
