What a yummy recipe! I love French Onion Soup anyway, so this will definitely get a try. Lots of onions in this, so it's time to break out the mandolin and the swimming goggles. I normally don't need them since I'm usually just slicing one at a time for sandwiches, but with a batch to slice up, it's best to use some eye guards since my regular eyeglasses won't dependably work.
