The Waring Pro Pistol Vac Professional Vacuum Sealer System is useful for keeping foods fresh for long periods of time. Its name might be intimidating, but it's really easy to use. It's small and portable so you could even vacuum seal on the go! It comes with 12 one-gallon bags and 12 one-quart bags, and can seal 30 bags in just one charge.
This vacuum sealer is so easy to use, I was sealing carrots within ten minutes of opening the box. The vacuum sealer was already charged (I only sealed one bag, so I'm not sure if it was fully charged or just charged a little bit), and the instructions were easy to understand, so it wasn't long before I was sealing away. I had fun using it. It's almost like a little toy! Just put your food in the bag, close it with the cute zipper tool, press the pistol to the bag, and voila!
I had never vacuum sealed anything before, so I wasn't exactly sure what I could and could not seal. The Pistol Vac Vacuum Sealer won't leave you hanging. It tells you what kinds of food you can seal. Examples include raw meat, vegetables, cereal, and dried fruit. I like to buy fresh produce, but sometimes I don't have time to go to the store every few days. The vacuum sealer allows you to buy in bulk. Buy a few weeks' worth of asparagus and seal the ones you won't eat this week. When you're ready to eat the next batch, they'll be ready and waiting.
