Neapolitan Fudge
Neapolitan Fudge

This Neapolitan Fudge is a no-bake dessert recipe that's inspired by the classic ice cream flavor. The three layers of this famous dessert are in chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry flavors. While Neapolitan typically features strawberry as the pink layer, raspberry updates the recipe and gives it a more tart flavor. The texture of this fudge is thick and creamy, but a bit different than your average chocolate fudge. It has a cream cheese frosting taste that takes this dessert to the next level. If you love Neapolitan ice cream, you'll go crazy for this unique fudge recipe.

I have seen a lot of different fudge recipes over the years, but this one is very unique indeed. I always liked the Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches when I was a kid, so it could even be fun to put a little rectangle of this fudge in between those chocolate flavored graham crackers!

I was wondering what kind of white and milk chocolate you used. Do you use the chips, the candies, or the solid bars of chocolate from the deli? I remember my grandma always kept a white and milk chocolate block in the kitchen. I would love when she let me go cut off a piece of each for us. This dessert reminds me of her and my childhood. I will definitely be trying this one out. Thanks for sharing!

Hi SissieSass, since the type of chocolate isn't specified in the recipe, I think you could use chips, candies, or solid bars. It will be melted anyway, so the original form of the chocolate shouldn't matter too much. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes

Fudge is hands down my favorite type of candy to make my family always makes peppermint fudge for Christmas. I can't wait to try out this recipe!

I love every layer that's in this recipe. I was already thinking about substituting raspberry, so I'm glad this recipe did that! It's even pretty to look at, too.
