I love desserts you can make in a 9 x 13 pan. Do you think this recipe would still taste good with honey roasted peanuts instead of the pecans? My daughter is allergic to tree nuts, but she can eat peanuts just fine. I think using the honey roasted kind would add a good flavor to the overall taste of the dessert.
