Grandmas Chicken Pasta Casserole

Casserole recipes are comforting dishes that are great year round and perfect when you have a big family to feed. A cheesy fully loaded dish, Grandma's Chicken Pasta casserole is a cozy bake with an unbeatable flavor. Made with garlic, celery, and onions, it is baked so all of the ingredients blend together to make a delightful casserole. Made with two different cheeses it really can't be beat. Bring on the cheese, if you want to please.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Instructions

How to make Grandma's Chicken Pasta Casserole

  2. On medium high heat soften bell pepper, onion and celery in vegetable oil for 2-4 minutes or until translucent.

  3. Add paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and mix with vegetables.

  4. Add chicken and let it get color on one side; it will take couple of minutes.
