Gingerbread 7 Layer Bars

When the Christmas season arrives, it's time to bring out the gingerbread. One excellent way to do that is to make these Gingerbread 7 Layer Bars. They have a gingerbread Oreo crust (though you can easily substitute gingerbread cookies) and a heavenly filling of white chocolate and cinnamon chips, pecans, and marshmallows. Seriously, how can you say no? While this recipe makes thick dessert bars, you can easily adjust this recipe to fit in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. These dessert bars would also be great to take to a holiday cookie exchange!

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cinnamon chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
