Cary Grant-Inspired Barbecue Chicken Casserole

If you like recipes for chicken, then you have to try Cary Grant-Inspired Barbecue Chicken Casserole. The famous actor himself had a hand in developing this recipe as he was a secret cook! While the original recipe has been adapted, Cary Grant inspired this tasty recipe for chicken.

This easy chicken casserole features a flavorful sauce that achieves a perfect balance between sweet and savory. For perfectly moist chicken, it is important to brown the chicken first before baking it. This method gives the chicken a richer texture because it has been browned with salt and pepper.

A varied blend of seasonings such as Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and ground cumin add heat to the ketchup-based sauce. Molasses and brown sugar boost the sweetness while also controlling the heat of the other ingredients. The sauce is so delicious that you have to taste it to believe it. Once the chicken has finished baking, enjoy a piece with some potato salad or even a side salad.
