Everyone loves homemade lasagna, but it can be time-consuming to prepare it. Luckily, Andi's Lazy Lasagna is here to save the day. Since this recipe uses no-boil lasagna noodles, you don't have to wait for the pasta to cook or wrestle with the cooked noodles. Most of prep time for this easy weeknight meal involves making the sauce. Cottage cheese is stirred into the meaty tomato sauce which also saves you layering time. Cover the pan with foil and let it bake in the oven. Serve this incredible lasagna with a slice of warm garlic bread for the perfect meal.
