Loaf pans are essential for any home baker. The 9-inch non-stick loaf pan from Mrs. Anderson's Baking is a good loaf pan to start with or add to your loaf pan collection. Its carbon steel base ensures even baking and its non-stick surface will release your baked goods with ease. You'll love this loaf pan.

 

I like the size of this loaf pan. A 9-inch pans makes a large loaf of banana bread and a good-sized meatloaf. Personally, I make banana bread most often in my loaf pan, but you can also make pound cake, quick breads, and yeast-based bread. It's nice to be able to make both sweet and savory foods in my loaf pan.
