Since 1850, Emile Henry has been a leading manufacturer of high quality cookware and bakeware. The Oval Dish, measuring 12", or 2.7 quarts, is just another example of the brand's gorgeous and durable dishes. Made from high resistance ceramic, this is the one dish you have been waiting for; from the freezer to the oven to the fridge, this dish can withstand each temperature environment and will make sure your food stays tasting fresh and delicious.
The perfect shape and design for evenly cooking your food, this oval dish is as functional as it is beautiful. In an array of colors like Leaves, Twilight, Rouge, and Sugar, there is a color for everyone, and you'll have a hard time choosing your favorite. Elegant and classic, each time you use this dish you will feel like you're hosting a dinner party. Great for broiling steak, roasting vegetables, and more, you won't know whether you want to use this dish for a dinner or a dessert! The best part about this dish is that whether you are hosting friends or are having a family dinner, the high quality clay will resist the chipping and cracking that comes from regular wear and tear. You can cut directly into the dish without worrying about scraping the bottom and wrecking an expensive piece of cookware.
Dishwasher safe, glazed so you don't worry about food sticking or burning the clay, and with a ten year guarantee, there is really no reason to put off trying this dish. While it is heavy itself, and would be heavy with a full meal in it, it isn't a problem when you realize that the weight of the dish is because of the superior materials used to create it. Adorned with the familiar "EH" logo on one side and the bottom, you will never forget that you are using a brand you can trust.

I make potatoes Au gratin. I'd love to serve it in this beautiful Emile Henry pottery. It would make the dish even more special.
