This water-based ceramic coating is not made with any harmful chemicals, which means that your food will be healthier without even trying! Plus, this unique coating is so good that you don't need to use butter or oil in your cooking. At first, I was hesitant to try sauteing anything without butter or oil, but you won't believe your eyes when you try going without it. I was able to get a nice pan sear without any excess grease.

Besides the coating, this eco-friendly fry pan also boasts other key features, like a heavy-duty aluminum core that provides maximum heat and distributes it evenly. The magnetic stainless steel base means that your food will be cooked faster and more thoroughly. Additionally, the 9.5-inch size was perfect for sauteing vegetables for a family-sized casserole. It would also be good for braising and searing several pieces of meat at once.

There aren't many pieces of cookware out there that help you throughout the duration of the cooking process. Not only was it super easy and comfortable to cook with this fry pan, but clean-up was even easier. A quick rinse was all it took to get even the toughest messes off.
