Chopping onion after onion can get pretty tedious and time-consuming, but the Brieftons Food Chopper will handle all of your chopping and dicing needs. The mini chopper is perfect for prepping onions, carrots, celery, peppers, and so much more. A quick pull of the cord attached to the lid and the stainless steel blades swipe through the food.

I love that the food chopper features a nonslip base so you have the option of keeping it on the countertop or using it in your hands. The cord pulls very easily and you really only need a couple cranks to get veggies, nuts, and other foods chopped up. If you wish to make more of a puree of the food, you can keep pulling until it reaches that consistency.

The size of the chopper is just right. It is small enough to keep stored in a drawer or cabinet, but large enough to handle plenty of food. All the pieces come apart easily for rinsing and cleaning.

I use this just about every day to dice onions tear-free, but it is also great for mincing garlic, shredding meat, and chopping nuts. You can even make things like dips or salsa right in the bowl. This simple gadget will be your new best friend in the kitchen.
