Imagine the creamy, cheesy, decadent flavors of a lasagna filling... for breakfast! This recipe is very Italian and rustic, but what's not to love about that? Plus you're getting a good sized portion of veggies to start the day. This would be a great dish to pass at a holiday potluck, but since it uses frozen spinach, it can be enjoyed any time of the year.
