Rutabaga Casserole

This mashed potato-like dish is actually a rutabaga recipe. Rutabaga Casserole has the texture of mashed potatoes, but includes an extra veggie rutabaga. Also called a Swedish potato, this root vegetable is a cross between cabbage and a turnip. It's a great side dish for fall, and can be made-ahead for extra convenience.
