Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked hash browns
  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, cubed
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the hash browns and ham. Make sure the two ingredients are well incorporated together.

  3. Lightly beat the eggs, then add them to the hash brown and ham mixture. Add the milk.

  4. Sprinkle black pepper and dried parsley flakes into the bowl. Fold in all of the ingredients.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish, then bake for 15 minutes. Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
