"A signature south Louisiana spin on the beloved comfort food casserole, this Rotel chicken spaghetti starts off by browning chopped Cajun trinity veggies, garlic, and seasoned chicken breast pieces. Then, half and half, canned cream of chicken soup, cubed Velveeta, and spices get stirred into the pot along with freshly boiled pasta. A quick toss combines all of the ingredients that are then slid into the oven for a bit until it all transforms into browned, bubbly cheesy deliciousness that feeds a family of four. "
