Go ahead and make a double batch and freeze for later. Chicken marsala is a traditional Italian dish that can be served many ways, but typically it is thin chicken cutlets, served with a rich, creamy Marsala wine sauce. You can recreate all those great flavors by making ground chicken meatballs."
