Ingredients

  • 29 1/5 ounce Enchilada sauce
  • 18 Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cup Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 ounce Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Cilantro, Olives, Tomatoes, Avocado, Sour Cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Spoon about 1⁄2 cup of enchilada sauce into the casserole dish and spread it across the bottom.
