This Meatball Hash Brown Bake is a unique version of the timeless hash brown casserole. It still contains delicious homestyle flavors of the original dish, including cheese, sour cream and cream of chicken soup, but with added flair. While Cheddar cheese and hash browns are heavenly paired together, the addition of ground beef meatballs to this dish is a much-needed update. Meatballs also make this stand on its own as a main dish and is the perfect way to liven up the dinner menu.
