Breakfast Souffle

Just because this is a breakfast souffle recipe doesn't mean you need to be scared of it. This Breakfast Souffle is easier to make than you think. After separating the egg whites from the egg yolks, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Bright red tomatoes add a touch of color that really makes the dish pop. Serve it up with other breakfast favorites and make it a brunch to remember.
