- 1 pound thick-sliced bacon
- 2 medium yellow onions, peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
- 1 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
- 3 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
