This is such a unique and fun way to bring new life to boring old pork chops! The kids will love it since it is cheesy and colorful. I would use chops that don't have a bone in them simply to make this easiest to eat. Be creative and top it with whatever toppings you like! I might throw some arugula and diced avocado on the top of each serving for more veggies.
