I am not Italian but I love all things pasta and this recipe sounds like a recipe I could easily incorporate into my weekly meal plan. I see that the chef uses this as one of those meals that can be prepared in large batches and frozen. Even better. I cannot wait to try this the next time I prepare pasta.

I have attempted to prepare the frozen ravioli as a meal but it was missing something the way I prepared it. Now this sounds more like what I wanted it to be.
