I never thought of using tomato sauce with veggies in a dish. Usually I use green peppers and onions with the tomato sauce, but this is such a nice change I can't help but put it on the menu next week. I am going to the store this weekend for all the ingredients. Do you make other veggie and tomato sauce dishes?
