Pumpkin pie and bread pudding are two of my "not too sweet" favorite desserts ever. What a creative way to bring them together in one delicious powerhouse! With cooler fall weather approaching, I plan to serve this to my guests soon as an after dinner treat with coffee. It would be a big hit at a brunch potluck too!
