Jello poke cake recipes are more exciting than regular cakes. You poke holes on the top and then pour a pudding mixture over it, so it seeps into the holes. This Pumpkin Poke Cake is a fall spin on jello poke cakes. Instead of pudding, sweetened condensed milk is poured into the holey cake, which is made from yellow cake mix and pumpkin puree. As if that wasn't good enough, the cake is topped with Cool Whip, Heath bits, and caramel. This easy poke cake recipe really is a perfect fall treat. You could also serve this festive fall treat as a holiday dessert on either Halloween or Thanksgiving.

Chilling Time: 4 hr

Cooking Time: 45 min

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (14-ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip
  • 1/2 bag Heath Bits
  • Caramel sundae sauce

This sounds like the perfect dessert for a pumpkin lover like me!

The Heath bar topping sounds like a delicious idea! I don't think the caramel sauce is even needed this dessert sounds sweet enough as it is.

Pumpkin anything is the perfect dessert for me. Will definitely try it soon!

Looks like a great fall cake

I made this, way too sweet!! I suggest MAKE the cake with the pumpkin and spices, cover with pudding without poking holes, then cool whip and toffee bits, no CONDENSED MILK!!

Too sweet. Will not make again.

Delicious!!! Made it for coworkers....even the "non pumpkin" fans loved it! So easy!!

Just made it for our office meeting. A little time consuming, but worth it. Everyone loved it.

I just printed this recipe off and the recipe took me to at the bottom of the page was the recipe and it printed fine for me.

I usually just cut and paste the recipe into a word document, then print it and I don't even have to save it. It's often difficult to print from the website.

I couldn't print this recipe..

This sounds delicious, but I, too, was unable to get the recipe. All I got was "Something Swanky".

You just didn't scroll down far enough. The recipe was at the VERY BOTTOM of the blog. It is there, just keep scrolling.
