Could you just use a funfetti cake mix instead of the yellow cake mix and the sprinkles? I was just thinking it would make the recipe a little less complicated and quicker to make. I sure love the sound of it because I think it would be a fun centerpiece for a birthday party.

I know this cake will be wonderful. Look how pretty it is! And poke cakes are super moist. Look at all the fun ingredients-pudding, sprinkles, vanilla cake, and Birthday Cake Oreos! I think this will make a great birthday cake for my son. I hope I can find Birthday Cake Oreos in my local store.
